Passed away peacefully at his Cambridge Rest Home on Saturday 22 August 2026, aged 84 years. Athol's children, John Porteous, Kay Daly, and Jacqui Porteous, warmly invite family and friends to attend a small service celebrating his life at Harding's Funeral Chapel Hawera, on Monday 14 September 2026, commencing at 11.00am. Following the service, Athol and Joan will be laid to rest at the Hawera Cemetery. Please advise your attendance by email to AndyKayDaly@outlook.com.
