Passed away peacefully with his love Sheral by his side, at Trinity Rest Home, Hawera, on Thursday 24th September 2026, after a brave battle with dementia aged 85 years. Loved father of Craig, Brent, Tracey and Michelle & Graham. Much loved "Pops" and "Poppa" of six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Des will be remembered with a memorial get together at Te Ngutu Golf Club, 246 Katane Road Hawera, at 10.30am, on Thursday 1 October 2026.
