Peacefully on 4th June 2026 at St Andrew's Village, Auckland, aged 81 years. Late of Tawa. Deeply loved and treasured Mum of Lynda (Auckland) and Mark (dec). Devoted and adored Nana of Ben (Auckland) and Bradley (Thailand). Much loved mother-in-law of Martin and Nikki. Dearly loved sister and sister-in-law of Pat (Paddy) and Gordon Jenkins, and Greg Croom (dec). Beloved aunt of Paul and Blair, and their families. A friend to many.

A private cremation has taken place. Details of a memorial service in Wellington to celebrate Del's life will be advised.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Wellington Free Ambulance Service would be welcomed. Messages may be sent to the Benfield Family, C/- PO Box 105705, Auckland 1143.
