After a long life well lived, Morrie passed away peacefully on 20 July 2026, aged 92. Reunited with his beloved wife, Colleen. Much loved father of Michelle, Shivaun, Jacquie and David, treasured grandfather to Madison, Sam, Sarah, Tessa, Steph, Joseph, Charlotte, and family, and proud great-grandfather of Jacob, Leo, Kosma, Kai, Scarlett, and Olivia. Morrie found joy on the water and in the car, at whatever speed or weather, passions that remained with him throughout his life. Family and friends are warmly invited to celebrate Morrie's life at the St Francis of Assisi Parish, 37 Doctor Taylor Terrace, Johnsonville, Wellington, on Friday 24 July 2026, at 11.00am, followed by a private cremation.
