Of Carterton. On 3 October 2026, peacefully at Wairarapa Hospital in the presence of family. Aged 86 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Helen. Much loved best friend and companion of Diane Edwards. Loved father of Brent (dec), and Leanne. Loved Grandad of Sam, Campbell and Liam. A loved father-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Wellington Free Ambulance (Wairarapa Service) www.wfa.org.nz would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A service for Barry will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Rd, Carterton, on Friday 9 October 2026 at 2.00pm, followed by private cremation.
