Our dearly loved beautiful son, husband, father, brother, brother-in-law, and uncle has completed his organisation of our lives and is now at rest. Cherished husband of Sarah, most loved father of Hudson, Elora, and Sydney. Precious, treasured son of Jill and Jack (dec). Devoted brother to Skye Balaban, best brother-in-law to Baran, and proud uncle to Esra. Loved son-in-law of Karen and Kim Phelps. Loved nephew of Gail and Athol Parlane (dec) and family. Loved nephew of Garry and Isobel Evans and family.

A service to celebrate Duane's life will be held at Eagars Te Henui Chapel, 46 Watson Street, New Plymouth, on Friday, 4 September 2026, at 10.30am, followed by a private family cremation.
