Cherrington, Lynette Kapu (Ninny). It is with great sadness I share with you all of the passing of my Mum, Lynette Kapu Cherrington. She passed away, peacefully, on 24 August 2026, surrounded by her whanau. To some she was Mum, Grammy, Ninny, Aunty Lyn, Lynnie, Missis BO or even Sally. Mum was a treasure to us all and will be sadly missed. Mum will begin her journey home to Ngati Manu, Karetu Marae, Waikare Road, on Wednesday at 10am.
