STEVENSON, John Rex (Rex). Passed away peacefully on Saturday 26 September 2026, aged 97 years. Rex is now reunited with his wife of 62 years, his beloved Fay. Much loved father and father-in-law of Cherry, Marie and Eddie, Rae and Craig, Don and Sara. Loved Grandad of Craig, David, Greg, Daniel, Steven, Gary, Jacob, Eve, and thirteen great grandchildren.

A service to celebrate Rex's life will be held at the Waipu Presbyterian Church (50 The Centre, Waipu) at 2:00 pm on Thursday 1st October 2026, followed by a private cremation. All Communications to the Stevenson family c/- PO Box 8043, Kensington 0145.
