Bill sadly passed away on the 3 August 2026. Only son of Don and Edna Dowman. Loved brother & brother-in-law of Gail & Auke. Loved uncle of Sally Rodney & Renee. loved great-uncle to Cora, Josh, Eddy & Vivienne. At his request, there will be no service.
