It is with great sadness that the Kerr family announces the death of our beloved Stephen, who died suddenly at home in the early hours of Tuesday, September 22, 2026. Dearly loved husband and soulmate of Freya for 57 years; adored dad (Poppi), father-in-law, grandad and great-grandad of Nigel, Jade and Cameron; Matthew; Sarah, Andy, Sebastian and Leo; Brigit; Gina and Josh; Nadia, Gaige, Giovanna and Ardee; Carlos; Joel, Cassie and Koa. Dearly loved son of the late Patrick and Jan (Giovannina Dellabarca) Kerr. Beloved by his extended family, Godchildren and many friends. Stephen was highly regarded for his contribution and service to the community, accountancy and Rotary over many years, as a Fellow Chartered Accountant, mentor, confidante and professional advisor. He will be sadly missed by many.

A Requiem Mass will be held at St Matthew's Church, Church Street, Masterton, on Saturday, September 26, at 12.00 noon, followed by burial at Riverside Park Lawn Cemetery.
