Ruth PICKERING

On 7th September 2026, died peacefully at Home, Heretaunga, aged 46 years. Beloved and respected member of the Daughters of Our Lady of Compassion for 11 years. Loved daughter of the late Basil and the late Matilda Pickering, loved sister of Antoinette, John, Albert, Katherine, Marie and Warren. Much loved aunt to her nephews and nieces. May she rest in peace. A Vigil will be held at Our Lady's Home of Compassion Chapel, Island Bay, on Thursday 17th September at 6.30pm. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at the same Chapel on Friday 18th September at 11.00am, followed by interment at Karori Cemetery.
