On Sunday, 2 August 2026, Paul passed away at home in Taupo surrounded by his family. Treasured husband of Susie. Dearly loved father of Nick and Simon and adored father-in-law of Felicity and Alexandra. Much loved Poppa of Freddie, Claudia, Charlotte, Eddie and Theo. Beloved brother of Jane and brother-in-law of Kevin, Steve and Amanda.

A service to celebrate Paul's life will be held on Friday 7 August at 1.00pm at Lake Taupo Yacht Club, 9 Ferry Road, Taupō. Coloured clothes to be worn at Paul's request.
