Unexpectedly, but peacefully, Michael passed away on September 4, 2026, aged 82 years. Admired and respected throughout the community for his generosity and positive outlook on life. Beloved husband and lifelong best friend of Patricia, loved brother of Paul and Carl (dec), loved brother-in-law to Geraldine and Wendy (dec), loved father of Lynnette and partner Touché, Evan and wife Nisha, Fiona and a father figure to husband Alex. Beloved Poppa to Jagan, Grace, Noah, Armana and Caden.

A celebration of Michael's happy and varied life will be held at his beloved Seatoun Football Club on Sunday, September 20, at 2.00pm.
