Died peacefully in Palmerston North Hospital on Monday 14th September. Dearly loved wife of the late John, and mother of David, Dinny, Roger, Margaret, Barbara and Jim. Treasured grandmother and great-grandmother. One hundred years well lived: curiosity, adventure, love, humour, picnics, bridge games, sea swims and the odd whisky. You will be greatly missed. A memorial for Mary will be held at the Palmerston North Bridge Club rooms on Cook Street, on Tuesday 22nd September at 2.00pm. Donations to the Arohanui Hospice in lieu of flowers appreciated.
