Linda WONG

Passed away peacefully on 23 July 2026, aged 82 years. Dearly loved and cherished wife of Chun Chung. Treasured mother and mother-in-law of Claudia & Morgan, Clifford & Jacqueline, and Devon & Mitsuye. Adored nai nai of Jordan and Amber. Beloved daughter of the late Chen Rui Yin and Hsu Chao Song, and stepdaughter of the late Kao Bian. Precious sister to Kimi, Steve, Gary (dec) and Hunter. Much loved by all her nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Special thanks to the staff of Rita Angus for their care and support.

A service to celebrate Linda's life will be held at The Pines, 50 The Esplanade, Houghton Bay, on Monday 3 August 2026 at 11.00am, followed by refreshments and a burial at Mākara Cemetery. Guests are warmly invited to wear colour in honour of Linda's colourful and vibrant life. A shuttle service will operate from Princess Bay from 10.00am.
