On 21st June 2026 at her home and with her family in Pukerua Bay. Wife of Rick, daughter of Rhod & Jane, sister to Pete, Rob, and Zoo, mother to Bridget, Broc, Blake, Louis, Jeremy, and Jono. Wahine toa, friend, advocate, example, joy, and absolute love to many. A life dedicated to others, and to public health.

A service to celebrate Kate's life will be held in the Mana Cruising Club, 5 Pascoe Ave, Porirua, on Thursday 2nd July at 11.00am.
