Peacefully on 3rd September 2026, at Summerset on the Course, aged 82. Dearly loved husband and best friend to Sandra; much loved father and father-in-law to Leanne & Stu, Susan & Bevan, Kirsten & Glenn, and the late Kylie; loved grandad to Abby, Jonty, Maisie, Harry, Jack, Ruby, Flynn, Molly, Charlotte, loved great-grandad of Elsie. Special thanks to the staff from Summerset for their care and love for Ian. A service to

celebrate Ian's life will be held in Cornwall Manor, corner Knights Road and Cornwall Street, Lower Hutt on Thursday, 17th September, at 2.00pm.
