Peacefully at Hutt Hospital on 6 July 2026. Loved husband of Alice for 65 years. Loved father of Denise, Roger, Ivan, and Kevin. Loved grandad of Hayden, Aaron, and Jarrad, and brother of Hulda. In lieu of flowers, donations to Wellington Free Ambulance would be appreciated. Special thanks to the team at Wellington Free Ambulance and ICU Hutt Hospital for their care of Erich. The service will be livestreamed with access available on Erich's online profile via the website below. A service to celebrate Erich's life will be held at the Wainuiomata Fire Brigade, Fitzherbert Road, Wainuiomata on Wednesday 15 July 2026 at 2pm, followed by a private cremation.
