Suddenly at home on 9 July 2026, aged 79. Loved mother of Katherine and Hannah, and Grandma of Mia, Lucas and Kristen. Loved daughter of the late Jack and Audrey, and sister of Peter and John.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wellington City Mission https://wellingtoncitymission.org.nz/support-our-work/donate/ A service for Denise will take place at the Lychgate Funeral Home, 306 Willis Street, at 10.30am on Monday 20 July 2026, followed by a private burial at Whenua Tapu Cemetery.
