On 11 September 2026, peacefully at Wellington Hospital, aged 66 years. Dearly loved father of Melissa Cooke (Mel). A loved brother, uncle, dad and poppa.

A service to celebrate Dave's life will be held at Whenua Tapu Crematorium Chapel, Pukerua Bay on Tuesday 15 September at 11.00am.
