At home surrounded by family on August 27th 2026, age 87. Will be missed by his dearly beloved wife Carol, sons Jamie and Lachlan. Special thanks to staff at Wellington Free Ambulance for their care and support. In line with Al's wishes, a private cremation has been held. Details for a memorial service will be shared by the family in the future.
