Peacefully passed away at home surrounded by family, after a hard fought battle with cancer. Much loved husband of Jeannine, loved father of Mat, Courtney and Emma. Father-in-law to Jess and Poppa to Penelope. Loved brother to Susie and Kimi. Friends and family are invited to attend a celebration of Collins' life, which will be held at home, in West Bush Road, on Saturday 22 August, at 2.00pm. A sincere thank you to all who have cared for Collins during this time, in particular Palmerston North Oncology and Kahukura Palliative Care Service.
