Denis LEIGHTON

Passed away peacefully, aged 73, on Friday 25th September 2026. Beloved husband of Linda. Loved Dad of Kimberley and Nikki, and father-in-law of Shane and Mathew. Cherished Pop of Amelia, Connor, Maddison and Charlie. Loved son of the late Rita Tui and Murray Henry Leighton. Dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of Brian and Mary, Gavin and Chris, and Marcus and Sharon. A treasured uncle and friend to many. Denis will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. In accordance with Denis' wishes, a private cremation has taken place. An informal celebration of Denis' life will be held at East End Surf Club on Thursday 1 October at 1.30pm, where family and friends are invited to come together, share stories and memories, and remember Denis.
