Passed away peacefully at Waikato Hospital on 28 June 2026, after a short illness, aged 79 years. Much-loved and devoted husband of Marian. Cherished father of Katrina and Mark, and respected father-in-law of Martin and Lorraine. Treasured Grandpop of Michael, Sarah, Jack and Hayden, who brought him immense pride and joy. Peter's kindness, quiet strength and love for his family will be remembered always. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. In accordance with Peter's wishes, a private family service has been held.
