Loved husband of Margaret, son of the late George and the late Gaye, son-in-law to George and the late Joyce Ager, brother to Steve (deceased) and Jools, Simon and Joanne, and Jane, brother-in-law to Bevan Pratt and Jennifer Ager-Pratt. Uncle to Stacey and Dane, Kendall and Sander, Jordan and Emily, Morgana and Ale-arna. Great-uncle of Regan, Patrick, Hunter and Harrison. A memorial service will be held in the Rawhiti Room at Matamata Club, Rawhiti Avenue, Matamata, on 2 October 2026 at 11.00am.
