Jean WATT

Peacefully slipped away in her sleep at CHT Cascades, on Saturday, 25th July 2026, at 101 years old. Dearly loved wife of the late Bruce. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Margaret & Stephen and Libby & Laurie. Cherished Nana to her seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Jean will be lovingly remembered by her family and all who were fortunate to know her.

The family extend their heartfelt thanks to the wonderful and caring staff of CHT Cascades for the kindness, compassion, and exceptional care shown to Jean throughout the past eight years. In accordance with Jean's wishes, a private cremation has been held. A Memorial Service to celebrate Jean's life will be held on 22 August at 11.00am at The Woodside Estate, 132 Woodside Road, Matangi.
