Passed away peacefully on Thursday, 18 June 2026. Dearly loved husband of Dina, and a strong, fighting and fun father of Nicola, Cameron, Georgiana, Andrew and Richard. A beloved son to the late Thomas and Alice Gray. A supportive, valued and respected stepdad to Kelly, Ken, Matt and Rebekah. A cheeky, fun grandad - "Poppa Bill" - to all of his 18 grandchildren. His quick wit kept everyone smiling (and occasionally on their toes). A proud, hardworking farmer who lived his life on the land he so deeply cherished.

A service for Bill will be held in the Feilding Funeral Chapel, 282 Kimbolton Road, Feilding, on Saturday, 27 June 2026 at 10.00am.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Trevor Smith Renal Fund would be appreciated and can be left in the donation box at the service. After the service, a burial will take place at Mt View Cemetery, Marton, followed by refreshments and an opportunity to celebrate Bill's life at his home - his castle - in Feilding.
