Tom's family wish to sincerely thank all those who supported us by sending flowers, baking, letters and cards during the loss of Tom. Thank you to all those who attended the funeral service and helped us celebrate the life of someone so dear to us. A big thank you to all the staff in the Care Centre at Summerset Bell Block for their excellent care of Tom over the last few months.
