We are heartbroken to announce our brave strong fighter lost his battle on 2nd August 2026 in the care of the amazing hospice team. Soulmate, best friend, and everything to Megan (Meg). Loyal loving friend/Dad to Ben Thom, and loved by his #1 companion Marlo. Deeply loved son of Pat and Paul Ekdahl, best bro and friend to Steve and Petreena, and loved brother to Phill and Virginia. Awesome uncle to his nieces and nephews, loved member of the Ekdahl, Moir and Pierce families.
