It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Graham on 24th August 2026. He was surrounded by love in his final days. He is survived by his wife Carol, sons Russell and Mark (deceased), and multiple grandchildren. In preference to flowers, please consider a donation to Taranaki Volunteer Coastguard Service Incorporated 15-3949-0121523-00 or may be left at the service. Messages to the Cowling family may be left on Graham's tribute page at vospers.co.nz/upcoming-funerals/. A memorial service to celebrate Graham's life will be held at Vospers Chapel, 257 Devon Street East, New Plymouth, on Saturday, 5th September 2026 at 11.00am, followed by an interment of his ashes in the Hurdon Cemetery at 1.00pm. For those unable to attend, a livestream will be available on his tribute page.
