At Taranaki Base Hospital. Elder son of George and Ivy Upson (late of Te Ngutu Park), loved brother and brother-in-law of Nola and Malcolm McDonald, Kevin and Jane, Lois and Don Smith, and loved by his six nieces & nephews and their families. In accordance with Alan's wishes a private cremation has been held.
