BENNETT, John Edward. 14/01/1931 - 22/09/2026 Passed peacefully at Waiapu House on Tuesday 22nd September. Dearly loved husband of Jenny and the late Eve. Much loved Father and Father in Law of Craig and Janet, Grant and Rosemary. Loving Grandpa of Kezia and Andrew. Loved and respected Step Dad of Gary and Brenda. Gone to be with the Lord he loved. Special thanks to Leeann Agnew and to all the staff at Waiapu House for their excellent and devoted care of John.

A service of thanksgiving for John's life will be held at Arohanui Church, 81 Middle Rd Havelock North, at 1.30pm on Monday 28/09/26.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hato Hone St John Ambulance would be welcomed. A collection box will be at the service.
