CLAYPOLE, Gordon William. RN 22334522 11.10.1931 - 2.09.2026 Gordon, 94, passed peacefully on Wednesday, 2 September 2026 surrounded by his loving family. Dearly loved husband of Dorothy. Much loved father of David and Rhonda, Jenny and the late John, Alan and Jo and Katherine. Cherished Pop to Ayrton, Lewis, Nicholas, Reuben, Lauren, Sophie, Lily Rose, Charlie and Leila. The family thanks the staff at HB Hospital, especially ED and Ward B2 staff, and St John Ambulance for the loving care given to Dad.

A service to celebrate Gordon's life will be held in the All Saints' Anglican Church, 23 Puketapu Road, Taradale on Saturday, 5 September at 1.30pm.
