Passed away suddenly but peacefully at home, with family, on June 14, 2026. Loved sister of Eileen. Much loved and devoted wife of the late Derwyn. Cherished and loved mother of Marie, Vicki and Nathan and the late Ricky. Treasured nana of Ricky and Hayley, Shannen and Devlin, Brooke and Aaron and Conna. Beloved great-nana of Lucas, Harlow and Madison. In accordance with Valda's wishes, a cremation has been held.

A celebration of Valda's life will be held at the Hornby Working Men's Club on Thursday, June 18, at 2.00pm. Please send all messages to 469 Main South Road, Hornby.
