It is with great sadness that Sid's family announce his passing on July 27, 2026, at Christchurch Hospital. Much loved husband and best friend of Adele. Loved father and father-in-law of Charmaine and Marty McGregor, and loved Grandfather of Ollie and Paige.

Loved father of Shelley Robinson and her partner Paul Ouakli. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Sandra and Ian Crocker; Eric Robinson; Alan Robinson; Harry and Rose Rutledge; and their families. Special and grateful thanks to all the staff of ward A8 for your care, compassion and support. As per Sid's wishes, a private service has been held.
