On August 30, 2026, passed away peacefully at Charles Upham Retirement Village, aged 87 years. Dearly loved wife of Bill, much loved mother of Derek and his partner Debbie, adored Nanny of Amy. Loved sister of Lenny, Derek, Ray, and their families all in the UK.

Special thanks to all the staff at Charles Upham for the wonderful care and support given to Rose. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Rose Sanders, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. A service to celebrate Rose's life will be held at Wai-mana, 92 Kippenberger Avenue, Rangiora, on Monday, September 7, at 10.30am, followed by a private cremation.
