Peacefully with family at his side, after a short illness, at Hospice South Canterbury on Sunday, September 27, 2026, aged 89 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Winnie, adored father and father-in-law of Jo and Mark, Pip and Pete, Paul and Lisa. Adored Granddad of Emily and George, Harriet, Abi and Josh, Rachel and Kelvin, Ben and Siobhan, Cameron and Nancy, Billy and Liv, and Great-Granddad of Frankie and Jack, Leilah, Olivia, Eva, Aria and Hunter, Beau and Elsie, and Louie. Loved older brother of John, Andrew, Don and David (all dec). Much loved by his nieces and nephews, and his friends. Bruce's life will be celebrated at Betts Funeral Services, 33 North Street, Timaru, on Saturday, October 3 at 11.00am, thereafter interment later in the day at Temuka Cemetery.
