Murray HURST

Murray passed at Timaru Hospital on Saturday, September 12, 2026 surrounded by family and love. Dearly loved husband of Gwenda for 60 wonderful years. Much loved dad of Lyn Chappell and Les Glendinning, Allie Wilson, Pauline Stock and Nigel, Kevin and Fiona. Loved grandad of Brad and Steph, Tash, Shane and Shannon, Jess, Daniel, Taylor, and Greer and great-grandad of Lincoln, and AJ. With special thanks to all the doctors and nurses involved in the exceptional care of Murray. A service celebrating Murray's life will be held at Aoraki Funeral Services Chapel, 160 Mountain View Road, Timaru, on Wednesday, September 16 at 11.00am.
