On August 13, 2026 peacefully at home, aged 81 years. Loved husband of Linda and loved father and father-in-law to Garry and Colleen, Andrew and Jacqueline, Stuart and Djeni. Much loved grandfather of Daniel, Dylan, Paris, Jack, Blake, Elisha, Jazz, Kalea and Jada. Messages may be addressed to the family of the late Michael Thorman c/- Hope Funerals Christchurch, 27 Amyes Road Hornby Christchurch 8042.

A private cremation will be held next week followed by a memorial service on Saturday, August 22 to celebrate Michael's life.
