Passed away suddenly but peacefully at Dunedin Hospital, on August 12, 2026; aged 91 years. Loved wife of Mervyn (dec), cherished mother and mother-in-law of Lesley and Robbie Chisholm (Christchurch), and John (Queenstown), proud Gran of Hannah, Cameron, Todd, Stephanie, and their partners, Great Gran of Dallas and Ashton, loved daughter of John (dec) and Ella (dec), adored sister of Colin (dec), loved sister-in-law of Billy. Special thanks to emergency services and staff at Dunedin Hospital for their care of Mary.

A mass to celebrate Mary's life will be held in Holy Name Church, 420 Great King Street, Dunedin North, at 10.30am, on Monday, August 17.

The service will be livestreamed on www.gillions.co.nz/kea-channel.
