Passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at The Village Palms, Christchurch. Most dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Diane and John Hickey (Ireland), Leanne Heyward (Kaiapoi), Jackie and Peter Hay (Kaiapoi), Manda Harmon and Raymond (Perth). A dearly loved nana of Ryan and Klaudia, Kate and Steven, Caleb and Yi, Emily, Matt and Gina, Sam and Jess, and Megan, and great-gran to Jonny and Olivia. A much-loved friend of Des. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 23 at 10.30am at St Mary's Pro-Cathedral, 373 Manchester St, followed by a private burial. A Rosary will be held at the church on Monday, June 22 at 6.00pm.
