Kirsty leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Kirsty’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Kirsty will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Holly and Max; her parents, John Lay and Lyndsay Lay; her siblings, Nicki, Janine and Michael; Steve.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Andrew's Church (16 Merivale Lane, Merivale, Christchurch 8014, New Zealand).
