John TOOHEY

Passed away peacefully with his wife and children at his bedside on September 9, 2026, aged 77 years. John was a dearly beloved husband and best friend to his wife Wendy for 54 years and a proud and loving dad to Kenneth and Tania and Richard and Rocha-Marie (Scotland). He was a much loved Gramps to Emily and William; Charlie and Callum (Scotland). John was a loved brother of Faye Murdoch (dec) and Anne and Gary Gerard, step-brother of Peter and Paula Steffenson and brother-in-law of Margaret-Ann (dec) and Warren Green, and a loved uncle to his nephews and nieces.

The funeral for John will be held Tuesday, September 15, 1.00pm at St Davids Church, High Street, Leeston.
