On August 14, 2026, passed away peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, in his 82nd year. Jan leaves behind his dearly loved wife and best friend, Judith. Much loved father of Chantal, and Pascal, treasured Opa of Sensi, Millia, Olivia, and Cameron, and Great-Opa of Isa.

Sincere thanks to our friends and neighbours who have provided such wonderful care and support at this sad time. A private cremation has been held.
