Passed away on August 26, 2026, at Ballarat Care Home, Rangiora, aged 92 years. Loved husband of Barbara, stepfather and father of David, Lisa, Adrian and Miles. Loved "Rowie" of nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. In keeping with his wishes a private cremation has been held. Messages can be sent to brilligm@duck.com.
