Peacefully at home, on Monday, August 17, 2026; aged 74. Dearly loved husband of the late Robyn. Father and father-in-law of Jolene and Jeromy, and Leon. Poua to Anaru and Charlotte, Tane, and Ngakau. Great-Poua to Isla.

A service to celebrate Hone's life will be held at Aoraki Funeral Services Chapel, 160 Mountain View Road, Timaru, on Saturday, August 22 at 11.00am, followed by an interment at the Arowhenua Urupã.
