On June 10, 2026, peacefully at Ashburton Hospital, surrounded by family, aged 92 years. Truly loving wife of the late Charlie. Loving Mum and mother-in-law of Keith and the late Christine Middleton, and friend of Sharryn, Raewyn (Raed) and Peter Robin, Lynn and Tony Worsfold, and Carol (Cass) and Rob Hughes. Cherished and loving Grandma of her 11 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Loved eldest daughter of the late Aubrey and Enid Cooksley and loved sister of her brothers and sisters.

A service to celebrate Neen's life will be held in Our Chapel, cnr East and Cox Streets, Ashburton, on Thursday, June 18, commencing at 11.00am, followed by interment at the Methven Cemetery at 1.45pm.
