Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday morning, August 26, 2026. Dearly loved wife of Trevor. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Lynne, Warren and Alison, Johanne, Struan (dec), Malcolm and Janine, and Clare. Much loved Mama of Nicholas and Timothy, Charlotte, Alexander and Jonathan, Olivia and Ryan, and Isabella. Loved Mama to her five great-grandchildren. Sister to William, Nola, Jean and Marjorie (all dec). Sister-in-law to Shirley. A private celebration of Rita's life will be held on Sunday, August 30. In lieu of flowers, donations to Nurse Maude.
