Our beautiful and precious Mum, and the world's greatest Nanny, passed away on August 15, 2026, surrounded by love. Beloved Mum to Tracey, and Lisa, their partners John, and Donovan, and adored Nanny to Carys, and Neala. Daughter of the late John and Ngaire Bailey of Waimate, sister to Janette and Nick Abbott, and Stephen and June Bailey, and the late Glen Bailey. Loving aunt, niece, cousin, and treasured friend to many. Lloyd Morgan Lions Clubs Charitable Trust New Zealand Life Member and Lions Clubs International Foundation Melvin Jones Fellow. Special thanks to the Otago Community Hospice for their exceptional care and kindness. A celebration of Christine's life will be held at Glenfalloch, Portobello Road, Dunedin, at 11.00am on Monday, August 24, followed by a private cremation for family and close friends. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated.
