Peacefully, surrounded by family, on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at Christchurch Hospital, aged 73. Dearly loved husband of Sandra. Much loved dad of Rebecca, Emma (deceased), and Daniel. Loved grandad to Ryan, Reece, and Crystal, loved great-grandad to Scarlett, Connor, and Theo. Alan was a much loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Heartfelt thanks to all of the medical professionals for the care and support shown to Alan over the past 29 years. A private cremation has been held.
